Red Bus Brewing Company was started by long time folsom resident and vw and porsche enthusiast, Erik Schmid and his wife Lisa in 2018. The brewery is themed around their 68 Bay Window bus and features an expansive list (mostly themed after VW and other automotive subjects) of beer in tap at any given time. The air conditioned tap room is a great place to spend time and make new friends, especially on Friday nights when the brewery hosts different food trucks from around the area. The brewery welcomes dog and kids, with a small play area in the tap room for families to relax with their kids. Red Bus Brewery is ranked 3rd (out of 80+ breweries in the region) based on consumer reviews of beers, stop in and give it a try. Erik has a passion for cars, and at 49 years old has owned over 30 cars.
