Robert Baller started RetroCarGuy530, LLC in 2018 as a social media company to create interesting and helpful videos for a variety of automotive related topics (car reviews, accessory reviews and maintenance info, car meets including Cars and Coffee Folsom). Robert has over 45 years experience working on anything with an engine from the 1950s and later. Robert has worked in the IT / computer industry for the past 38 years (US Navy, Oracle, Yahoo, Autodesk). Robert has most recently worked on projects related to the “Internet of Things (IoT)”. IoT allows anything that can gather data and send it over the internet to be used to gain better insights into the thing generating the data and that includes the automotive industry (GPS trackers, Fleet Management). Robert likes his retro styled and performance cars so that’s why he’s owned a 2004 Thunderbird, 2003/2004/2005/2006 Chevrolet SSR, 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and most recently a 2015/2017 Chevrolet SS Sedan.
